HIFU (High Intensity Focused Ultrasound)

What is HIFU and how does it work?

To treat facial wrinkles and loss of elasticity due to aging, acne and rosacea.
Thanks to modern skin care technology it is easy to treat skin problems caused by environmental factors. There are many skin rejuvenation options available for wrinkles, fine lines, and loss of elasticity, acne and rosacea. There are many options for people who want to treat skin problems or improve the skin care, and get a healthy and natural look. Ultrasound was introduced as a new treatment for therapeutic and cosmetic purposes. The principle of HIFU is a non-surgical advanced technology that can significantly tighten and lift the several areas of the face, reduce the signs of ageing and improve the tone of the skin in a single session. HIFU offers an alternative to surgical lifting, it can be applied to any area of the face, eyebrow, neck, double chin, décolleté, wherever there are signs of wrinkles and fine lines. HIFU is giving a completely natural, relaxed and youthful look.

Focused ultrasound penetration at a depth of up to 1.5, and 4.5 mm into the skin, that is, at the same depth an invasive facelift reaches. The action of the ultrasound waves specifically targets the deepest layers of the connective tissue and muscle layers of the epidermis, known as the SMAS. That is, the layer that the plastic surgeon intervenes with, during a surgical facelift, to tighten and correct loose skin. At the same time, it activates fibroblasts, which produce new collagen in a safe way, by stimulating the natural process of collagen genesis inside the skin.

The treatment lasts 30-60 minutes. After HIFU-Focused ultrasound treatment, you may experience mild redness, which disappears in one hour. The results of the tightening and lifting of the skin reach the complete result after 3 months.

HIFU is one session treatment and the result lasts 1-1,5 years. The non-surgical facelift can combine with other treatments and is meant for people over 30 years of age. At this age the first signs of aging, fine lines and wrinkles appear.

Microneedle fractional radiofrequency

There are many options for the treatment of acne and problems with excessive oily skin. However, one of these options is much more popular and provides successful results. Micro needle fractional radiofrequency (MFRF) is a new technology that also can be applied to stabilize sebum production. Specially designed 25 pieces of gold-coated fractional micro needles with a cap of 0.5 mm to 3.5 mm depth and as a system capable of delivering radiofrequency energy to the entire region. MFRF uses sharp micro needles to heat the depths of the dermis, which promotes dermal collagen remodeling.

We use the micro needle radiofrequency treatment to treat skin tone differences, acne scars, burn scars, improve skin texture, pore size, fine lines, for a youthful and fuller appearance, contour of the jawbone, double chin, to tighten your body, to remove sagging in your arms, skin sagging, stretch marks and thin vein enlargement.

It is performed in three sessions with average intervals of three weeks. It can be combined with PRP to enhance skin repair effectiveness in facial sagging. The effect continues for a year. One session every year is recommended.

Minimum pain is felt during the procedure. The local anesthetic cream applied 30 minutes before the treatment. The MFRF process takes 30 to 60 minutes.

Immediately after application, redness occurs on the skin and disappears within hours. After the procedure problems like bleeding, bruising does not occur. There are no needle marks. We advise to moisturize and protect from sun after application. The treatment can be done in every season.

What is lipolysis injection and how does it work?

There are many nonsurgical options for aesthetic treatments. Nonsurgical fat reduction or minimally invasive options for fat reduction include technology that uses an injected medication to reduce fat cells. These technologies are usually based on the release of regional fats and a more aesthetic body. Lipolysis is an effective treatment method based on the subcutaneous injection of PPC (phosphatidylcholine) derived from soya, which naturally induces your local excess. Instead of Liposuction surgery, this nonsurgical procedure is more popular, because it reduces costs and faster recovery.

What parts can be treated with injection lipolysis?

Fat deposits on shoulders, arms, legs, double chin, inner and outer tights, lower and upper parts of the abdomen, neck and back.

Lipolysis effects and about the treatment

in the application of lipolysis, PPC material is injected with very fine needles in the area where regional fat deposits are. This substance increases the permeability of fat cells by breaking down and destroying by the liver.

Then the body’s natural lymphatic system is throwing it out. The body does not have any sagging areas like after liposuction surgeries because the fat leaves the body naturally. The effects of lipolysis begin immediately after treatment. Between one and two months the patient have a noticeable thinning.

Is Lipolysis treatment for every person?

Not with patients with:
Persons with heart failure

Patients with diabetes
Persons with liver or kidney disease
During pregnancy or nursing
lipolysis is also not performed in patients during anticoagulants therapy.

It is not used as a treatment for obese people, but only for areas with fat deposits.

Duration of the session will be between 15-45 minutes. The sessions are determined by the expectations of the patient. After 2-6 sessions between 2- and 4-weeks satisfying results are obtained.

Alcohol should not be taken during the treatment and healing period because the liver destroys the fat cells.

Sunbathing and solarium should be avoided during lipolysis treatment.
At the end of the treatment, there is no harm in sunbathing after the sensitivity and bruising are over.

Mesotherapy is a nonsurgical technique used to reduce cellulite, removes excess fat, recontour the body, fade wrinkles and lines and rejuvenate the face and neck. There isn’t a standard formula for the substances injected in mesotherapy. The solutions include FDA qualified medicines, vitamins and minerals. Michel Pistor, a doctor in France, developed the technique in 1952. It was originally used to relieve pain. It is a painless method, which inject of small amounts of traditional pharmacological or homeopathic drugs, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes into the middle layer of the skin (dermis). These mixtures are given to the specific regions selected by very fine needles. Mesotherapy is widely used in cases of illness and pain like: sport injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, hair loss, aesthetics, and cosmetic treatments. It is given into the mesoderm, which is a layer of fat and tissue under the skin.

Mesotherapy technique:

Mesotherapy is a method of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, homeopathic medicines into the middle layer of the skin (dermis). Depending on the conditions to be treated, these mixtures are given to the specific areas selected by very fine needle tips (4-6 mm thick and 27-30 gauce thin needles). The important point is to know, the pharmacological properties of the drugs used in the cocktail, about the interactions with each other and the potential side effects. The pain is relatively less. After the sterilization of the treatment area, with cold air application on the area would be paralyzed and the pain minimized. The absorption of drugs used in mesotherapy is very limited, there is almost no drug transfer to the systemic circulation. The number of sessions of treatment varies on the disease, the patient and the area of the injection. These mixtures are given to the specific regions selected by very fine needles.

Mesotherapy is used for:

remove fat in areas
stretch marks
hair loss
fade wrinkles and lines
rejuvenate the skin

Mesotherapy with skin tightening

Nowadays, it is possible to benefit from many advanced technologies to get rid of the spots or marks because of the sun. The mesolift is used for wrinkles and loosening skin and it is one of the most natural and practical ones.

Mesolift meaning

Means skin stretching. Mesolift anti-aging treatments can be applied on patients to reduce wrinkles and fine lines.
With the Mesolift method, the effect of aging can be treated on the face, neck, décolleté and hands as well. Also, the reconstruction of the damaged skin by cigarettes and alcohol. Middle-aged and older people, smoking people, exposed to the harmful effects of sun, neglected skin, people who do not have healthy eating habits and hydrate enough and people with sagging skin.
Before these effects manipulate the skin, and before wrinkles and fine lines are remarkable it is better to start with mesolift. This method will make the skin look younger, lively and healthier than it is.

Mesolift can be done manually, but also can be done with the gun system, which can be adjusted up to 200 injections per minute and can be adjusted with depth and pressure. In the first stage of treatment, after a professional skin cleansing, local anesthesia is provided with the help of a cream. The skin is then injected into the skin, consisting of many vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, and hyaluronic acids.

Especially in woman and men, who are 30 years and older, the symptoms of aging can be significantly reduced. The frequency of the application varies by every patient, between 10-15 days, two or three sessions can start. Six sessions can be completed as 1 per month. It can also be applied as a single session every 1-2 month.

The first expected effect is brightness and shiny skin. The second effect is meso-lifting, middle layer is uplifted. The third effect is the filling of the wrinkles. As the number of sessions increases, the filling effect becomes permanent in the skin.
After mesolift sessions, sunbathing should not be done for 24 hours. The applied areas should not be washed for a few hours and should not be applied any cream or lotion that could give a high risk of irritation.

Mesotherapy is a method of injecting vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, homeopathic medicines into the middle-layer of the skin with microinjection technique. In the Latin language, meso means middle and therapy means treatment, meaning is middle skin treatment. The amount of medications taken by oral or intramuscular injections cannot always reach the relevant target organ. Because during the absorption of drugs, some of them are disintegrated without being absorbed. Therefore, the effect of the drug is limited. Systemic drugs can spread with blood through the whole body, it will also affect our other organs or tissues which are not related to the disease but which may be affected by the drug and undesirable side effects may occur. In mesotherapy, drugs are given directly to the problematic area with microinjections made in small amounts. With this treatment the maximum benefit is provided.
